Let it snow...Let it snow....Let it snow !!!
I am posting these pictures so ya'll can see how much snow we got in two days !! Can you believe it? I had to shovel a three foot wall at the bottom of our driveway because when the plows came through it barracaded our driveway. I am going to have a sore back.

Sledding
We now have a new Christmas Eve tradition starting in our family. We took the kids sledding and it was so much fun. Tyson and Ellie preferred to play in the snow because the hill was pretty steep. But Ellie went down twice with me and once with Katelyn. Jaxon had NO fear. Even Cynthia looked down the hill and got a little skiddish but Jaxon lept on his saucer head first on his belly and did not even give it a second thought.. he was OFF. The whole way down he was shouting "SUPERMAN, SUPERMAN" at the top of his lungs. He trecked back up and went flying back down at least a dozen times. Impressive !!! What would we do without kids to make our lives brighter.
SuperJaxon
This is Jaxon....This is Jaxon on a Saucer.....this is Jaxon FLYING down this steep hill on his saucer....bye bye Jaxon.
"Uncle" Lance.....
So Uncle Rob is a truck driver and he trains all kinds of "WIERD" guys. He tells us a lot of stories. So when he asked if he could bring his trainee to Thanksgiving dinner we were wondering....this trainee would be interesting to see. If he liked him enough to invite the guy over then he must be "semi" normal. Well Lance turned out to be a FABULOUS guy. It was great having him fill the void that Ryan left when he was deployed. His wife will be having a baby soon so here's to you Lance. And good luck with the little guy...Thanks for making our Thanksgiving a great one. And thanks for keeping Rob safe in that crazy truck of his!!!!!
Lights at Temple Square
The day after Thanksgiving Cynthia's Family and my family and Mom and Dad and Uncle Rob went to temple square to see the lights. The kids had fun running around but it sure was crowded. It was worth seeing and a great way to kick off the Christmas season !!
Sorry Uncle Rob if it was not as spectacular as I made it sound...I just really wanted you there...hehehe...I am so devious.
Thanksgiving MOM omelets
So this post is basically for Ryan..... We miss you and to show you how much we miss you we
dedicate this post to you. I think the video says it all. LOVE YOU and thank you for what you
are doing for our country.

NEW BED !!
Tyson is now in a big boy bed..
After inspecting his crib and
seeing how bent it was from him
jumping in it I figured..it is time.
So I went to IKEA and found this bed.
if you look closely you can see
my other two CRAZY kids under
the bed. Poor Kyle..I caught him
in his underwear but you can't
quite see that. So pretend you
didn't. The sheet at the end
was just to make a tent out of
the bed for the other two so they
can sleep under it. Good times.

Halloween
So Halloween has come and gone and I am beginning to remember why the holiday kind of bugs me. I just think of my parents and I wonder if they felt the same way? So now my kids have like 100 pounds of candy and 24 hours a day they want to eat it. First thing in the morning I hear "can I have candy?". I mean really...do they think I am crazy enough to feed them candy for breakfast? I then get to the point where I almost want to just let them eat it all so that I don't have to look at it anymore. So for the next few weeks I will just deal with the constant hounding..."can I have candy...mommy...mommy" because I am sure someday I will wish that I could hear those little voices asking me for things. Ellie actually said to me on Saturday when I said she couldn't have candy until she ate her cucumbers.."Mommy...are you trying to KILL me??" as she laid on the floor as though she were bleeding to death. I don't know about you but I have never heard of anyone dying from lack of candy...but there is always a first for everything. I love my kids and I really do love Halloween but I can't help but wish we got Money instead of candy...that would be GREAT !!!

Happy Halloween
Well Trunk or Treat was tonight. But first
we went to the kids' school for a Halloween
parade. Before it started Tyson decided to
have me take pictures of all of his many
faces. Silly boy!! If you don't know what
Trunk or treat is...everyone gets together
at the church and the kids trick or treat
out of everyone's car trunk...they are
decorated to be Halloweeny...so fun.

SPRINKLERS
Well Nate has reached a milestone in his life. He finished the sprinklers in our backyard.
FINALLY. I mean the man dug the trenches by hand and did it all himself. GO NATE !!
So now we might actually have grass and plants and maybe a fence next year. I am so
excited. It is pretty sad when the highlight of your life is landscaping. So here is a pic
of his fabulous trenching and the finished lines.

Five things
There are five things I have
learned as I have grown older.
2. Don't brush your teeth and then eat an orange
3. When your big sister throws a wet washcloth on the ceiling in the bathtub the drops that are left there are NOT bat eggs (Cynthia...)
4. You will NOT get sucked down the drain with the bath water
5. And finally it is BEST to wear cowboy boots with JUST a diaper on it is oh so comfortable.
Kyle's Baptism
So I guess I am now officially "OLD". Kyle (my oldest) just got baptized on saturday October 11. It brought back so many memories of my own baptism. I can't believe how fast time goes by. Sometimes I am afraid that if I blink I will miss everything. What a huge milestone in his life. Kyle has come so far in the last few years. It seems like only yesterday I would come home crying from church because he had bit someone or hit someone. I just remember hoping that people would see what a good heart he really does have. Now I see how kind and loving he is becoming and I truly am in awe of his desire to do what is right and the love he has already for the Savior and our Heavenly Father. I am so thankful that he made this choice in his life and I will never forget the speakers and the spirit that was felt before and after the baptism. I LOVE YOU KYLE.

My first Blog
So this is my first Blog....bear with me while I figure it out. I am pretty handicapped when it comes to computer stuff. Hopefully I can get it going soon...but I have not had time to just sit and do it. So for now you will get a few pictures and then slowly but surely there will be some kind of writing. I warn you though...it will be very boring.
